Pawn Pro Free Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Pawn Pro Free Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Pawn Pro and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date the applicable issue of Clipper Magazine containing the Giveaway advertisement is first distributed to the public and ends at 8:00 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026.

All entries must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit Pawn Pro at 2714 Erie Blvd East, Syracuse, NY 13224 during regular business hours during the Giveaway Period.

Complete an official Giveaway entry ticket with your name and phone number and submit the completed ticket in the designated entry location in the store.

No purchase is necessary to enter. There is no charge to participate.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may also be disqualified.

5. Prizes

A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded. The combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $730.

First ticket drawn:
One (1) 1/10 oz. American Gold Eagle — ARV $450

Second ticket drawn:
One (1) Silver Eagle — ARV $70

Third ticket drawn:
One (1) Silver Eagle — ARV $70

Fourth through tenth tickets drawn:
Each winner will receive one (1) Mystery Prize — ARV $20 each

The specific contents of the Mystery Prizes will be determined by Pawn Pro.

Prize images used in advertising are for illustrative purposes. Actual coin year, design, certification, packaging, condition, or other characteristics may vary from images shown unless otherwise specifically stated.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Pawn Pro reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Pawn Pro’s reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected by random drawing on November 1, 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM Eastern Time at Pawn Pro.

Prizes will be awarded according to the order in which eligible entries are randomly drawn:

The first entry drawn will receive the 1/10 oz. American Gold Eagle. The second and third entries drawn will each receive one Silver Eagle. The fourth through tenth entries drawn will each receive one Mystery Prize.

The drawing may be conducted live, recorded, photographed, and/or broadcast through Pawn Pro’s social media channels.

Winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal opportunity to be selected in the random drawing.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number provided on their entry.

A potential winner must respond to Pawn Pro within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven calendar days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Pawn Pro may then randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Confirmed winners must claim their prizes in person at Pawn Pro within thirty (30) calendar days after notification, unless otherwise arranged with Pawn Pro.

Pawn Pro may require valid government-issued photo identification to verify a winner’s identity and age before releasing a prize.

9. Taxes and Expenses

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Any expenses associated with accepting, claiming, transporting, or using a prize that are not expressly included as part of the prize are also the winner’s responsibility.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner grants Pawn Pro permission to use the winner’s first name and last initial, photograph, likeness, and/or image with the prize in connection with announcing and promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and award prizes.

Entering this Giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages from Pawn Pro.

12. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Pawn Pro reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry or drawing process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Pawn Pro reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Pawn Pro’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Pawn Pro’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration of the Giveaway, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pawn Pro and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or waive any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or waived. 

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of New York.

15. Official Rules

These Official Rules are available on Pawn Pro’s website and may also be requested at Pawn Pro during the Giveaway Period.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules.
